Aaah, Megadeth. The thrash band purely known for Mustaine's heart full of rage. Founded in 1983 when thrash metal wasn't really a solidified idea outside the yet-underground space, came to my life and started my journey back in early '22 when I just started to like metal overall. They caught my heart when I stumbled upon ''In my Darkest Hour'' when I was, well, in a dark hour, and since then I have been listening to almost all of their albums daily, following fanpages, cherishing Dave's dogs (Romeo is my favorite), looking for pictures from an era that not many care (pre-debut and Youthanasia AARGHHH) and recently, collecting their CDs. I love them in all of their shapes and colors. Week long lineups, extremely overhated pop oriented music, constant rivalry with you-know-who's, silly stories, speedy thrash, directly classical music with electric guitars, Lee Rauch having the most epic farewell with his truck...Ellefson? yeah, still thinking about that.
